Community Meditation
Wednesday, March 6th at 6:30pm
This will be a guided group meditation, using various techniques to settle the mind and nervous system, to enter into the meditative state.
We will have a short discussion before the meditation to get a feel of where everyone is at, and after the meditation to share our experiences with the group. The meditation should allow you to relax, destress, and reset your mind and nervous system, leaving you with a feeling of peace and clarity.
