About Torus Therapy

A space to heal, integrate, and return to your wholeness.

Many of our clients come to Torus seeking one specific type of healing—whether it’s therapy, EMDR, or coaching. What they often discover is the beauty of layering. When you’re ready, and in your own time, we invite you to explore multiple healing paths.

Torus Therapy was created with deep intention. After walking her own path of healing, our founder recognized the challenges of navigating multiple providers, locations, and modalities while also being a mother and growing her practice. Retreats offered moments of transformation—but the integration back into everyday life often fell short.

That’s where the vision for Torus was born.

Torus was designed to bring it all together:
A single, supportive space where licensed therapists, coaches, and integrative practitioners collaborate to support your healing over time.

Today, Torus has grown into two interconnected arms:

  • Torus Therapy offers Psychotherapy, EMDR, Transpersonal Therapy, and Trauma-Informed Coaching.
  • Torus Center for Integrative Healing provides access to practices such as Yoga, Breathwork, Spiritual Counseling, and Community Events that complement therapeutic work and deepen integration.

Not everyone has the time, money, or accessibility to attend out-of-town retreats. So we’ve brought the retreat to you—woven into your community, your schedule, and your everyday life.

A Collaborative Approach to Healing

At Torus, we work together as a team. With your permission, our practitioners collaborate to co-create a personalized wellness plan that reflects your unique needs, history, and goals. You’ll never be treated like just a “case” here. You’re part of our community—and often, our extended family.

We believe that healing is layered and multifaceted. Just as it takes a village to raise a child, it often takes a village to hold, support, and guide us back to ourselves.

Why Integrative Healing?

Imagine your nervous system like a garden hose. Trauma—whether ancestral, cultural, spiritual, relational, or even from past lives—creates kinks that block the flow of energy, awareness, and wellness. At Torus, we use an integrative model to gently and holistically release those kinks.

Every practitioner at Torus shares one core aim: to help you move from survival (fight-or-flight) into rest, restoration, and reconnection (the parasympathetic state).

Our Intake Process

We take great care in matching you with the right therapist. During your first session, you’ll meet with one of our Intake Coordinators, who will listen to your needs and introduce you to the integrative model we use at Torus. Together, we’ll identify the services and practitioners that best support your healing journey.
