Integrated Yoga Class
March 1, 2023 @ 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm
$18.00Integrated Yoga Class – Wednesday, March 1st @ 6pm
Most of us come to yoga for a physical practice – it is the hook – we are interested in deepening our stretch or improving our balance.
BUT after adding a regular practice, we may discover the stretch we deepen is that of possibilities. Our balance improves physically, but we begin to notice we are moving toward a balanced life, emotions and spirit.
Yoga at Torus we realize that thru a combined practice we begin to live our practice off the mat, we feel clarity, notice growth, welcome change and find a shift in a mindset.
These 60-Minute Yoga classes will introduce you to the core concepts of yoga as they can best support internal healing. Learn how to connect to and access your body in yoga asana (poses), explore pranayama (breathwork) to support your nervous system and reduce immediate stress, and dip into the healing technique of meditation.
Kaitlyn’s primary teacher Tricia Fiske and Tricia’s Teacher sum up Yoga in 3 ways: “asana heals your past, pranayama heals your present, and meditation heals your future.”

About Kaitlyn:
Kaitlyn Alhabshi dabbled in yoga and pilates starting in high school but became a very serious yoga student after a major hip surgery that completely changed her life. Having a background of chronic anxiety and depression, the surgery was a turning point in her life. Experiencing a complete mind-body-soul disconnect, yoga found Kaitlyn again through a colleague and it quickly became the most important part of her healing process. Making the change from an Operations Manager in the Corporate World to a full-time Yoga Teacher and Student, she now happily shares her passion for the ancient science and benefits of Yoga with everyone she meets! Her classes prioritize a well-rounded approach, each one including asana (yoga postures), pranayama (breathwork), and meditation. Kaitly is E-RYT 200, RYT 500, YACEP.
