Chakras maintain your spiritual, emotional, and physical well-being and peace. In our Chakras 101 course, we will learn about those energy centers (chakras).
We will discuss:
• Where they are located
• What they represent
• How to identify if they may be out of balance
Our goal is to provide some insight about what we can do as individuals to help move energy through our chakras so that we may offer ourselves the opportunity for peace and balance in our daily lives.
About Karen Stoelinga:
Karen has been active in salt cave and energy services since 2013 when she co-founded a salt cave and holistic service business in the Chicagoland suburbs. During that time, she began her exploration and education in chakras and chakra balancing. She has also been attuned to practice Reiki 1 and II. For the past decade, Sedona, Arizona has been an inspirational place to Karen as she continues her journey to offer peace and balance to her guests.
