Putting It All Together: Circle for Integration, Healing, and Growth

Friday, January 13th @ 7pm

What is it? 

This is a group made for anyone that is currently in therapy, or doing any intentional healing work. This group is an open group for you to come and talk about your wins, things you’re struggling with, and a place to lay your burdens down in a supportive setting. 

Healing is complicated, and we here at Torus support you at all levels. The work is done in between the sessions and this is a group that supports the in-between. 

We will have open space to share in community with each other so that you can have support on your journey. 

This group is for those on all levels of their journey.
