This all-day workshop in March explores the importance of creating and maintaining healthy boundaries. Learn how to balance your needs with those of others with clear rules of engagement that you set.
Practice communicating your rules of engagement in a clear, firm yet kind way. We will also develop boundary statements and phrases to use in your real life.
You’ll leave with a sense of empowerment in knowing what you need to create awareness in your relationships and connection to your own needs.
Join us for engaging and interactive activities, meditation, journaling and more. This workshop is open to all!

Setting boundaries is mainly to preserve inner balance and peace
