Cleansing and Ritual Workshop

Have you ever wondered why people burn sage or incense? Do you like the smell, but really don’t know what it’s used for?

Do you know a little about clearing, but don’t really know the why’s?

Many people who come into our practice are curious as to what cleansing is. 

Cleansing is a part of ritual; something that one does to create balance, and so much more. 

In this 2 hour workshop, you will learn

• What is cleansing 
• Why is it important to cleanse as part of your healing journey
• What is an energetic field 
• Why de-cluttering is important 
• What is a ritual
• Various ways of cleansing 
• Create your own cleansing bundle 

Upon leaving you will have more information to help guide you to create your own cleansing rituals that make sense to you. You will have a greater understanding of the importance of cleansing, feeling more empowered in your techniques.
