Meditation with Sound Bowls to Sync Energy System

This is a 3 part meditation which will allow you to settle your conscious mind, access your subconscious mind and energetic body, and sync to each energetic point (aka chakra) in your body, to rebalance and strengthen the positive qualities of each point.

Our physical bodies produce electricity, which is an easy way to explain our energetic bodies and the energetic flow that runs through us.  We all have electromagnetic fields throughout our bodies, and certain areas of our bodies have a stronger nexus point of this electromagnetic energy.  Each point has it’s own characteristics that make up our overall being.

We will start with a body scan, which is a great technique to quiet and settle the thinking mind, allowing access to the subconscious and body awareness.  Next we will let the vibrations of the singing bowls take over, bringing you deeper into the meditative state and letting the sound frequencies work their magic on the body.

Lastly, while in this meditative state, we will do a guided visualization to use our focused intention to access each energetic point in our subtle, energetic body, and attune to the positive qualities of each one.  The sound bowls will assist as we access each point, to take us deeper and enhance the visualization.

While also relaxing the the body on a deep physical level, helping you feel refreshed and energized as well.

The meditation will be lying down, so wear comfortable clothing and bring a mat or blanket if you prefer to have your own.  Yoga mats and blankets will be provided as well.
