Ecstatic Breathwork and Sound Healing

Saturday, January 27th from 1pm to 4pm

Breathwork Description

The exuberance of the breath is what brings Life Force Energy into the entire being.  One can use this force to access higher states of consciousness through repetitive breath, aka Breathwork. While one is in this state of consciousness, they can breathe Life Force Energy into unwanted energy blocks, stresses, and traumas. The breath will release this unwanted energy out of the physical and energetic bodies via shaking, dancing, laughing, crying, screaming, yawning, etc. These releases and deep healings tend to leave one feeling light and rejuvenated.

This repetitive breath and higher state of consciousness is proven to:

  • Balance your Chakras
  • Clears unwanted energies from your physical and energetic bodies
  • Alkalizes the bodies PH
  • Balances the Central Nervous System
  • Elevates mood
  • Reduces inflammation
  • Clears and silences the mind
  • Promotes visions and integration

Breathwork has been used for thousands of years to promote healing and enhance many Spiritual Practices.  There are many styles of breathwork, and all are beneficial in their own way.  Ecstatic Breathwork is known to ground one deep in their healing practice, promote awareness, activate insights, enhances clarity and so much more. Within this breathwork session you may also experience many healing modalities including Reiki, Icaro (healing medicine songs), sacred smokes and sprays, sound healing, and high vibrational music.  This is truly an unforgettable experience.

About your Facilitators:
The mother daughter team, Fran and Melissa, have been practicing breathwork for 9 years.  They have incorporated this healing technique into their studies of Peruvian Plant Medicines, and it continues to be an integral part of their spiritual practice.  They have completed serval courses on how to conduct Breathwork sessions, including this technique, which was passed along by their mentor Jacques Theron. Sound Healing Description

Immerse yourself in the healing sounds of three gongs tuned to the planets Uranus, Jupiter, and the Moon. Uranus to balance emotions and hormones. Jupiter to open and nourish the heart center. And the Moon to awaken intuition and connection to divinity.

Based on ancient wisdom, the gong vibrates at the same frequency as the body allowing the body to heal itself. The gong balances the central nervous system and aids in deep meditation. Tibetan and Singing Crystal Bowls will be added to raise the vibration. Jenny Bergold started practicing yoga in 1999 and teaching in 2009.

Jenny discovered yoga to calm the body and strengthen the mind. She has her 200 Hour Hatha certification from Heaven Meets Earth Yoga in Evanston, IL and her 200 Hour Kundalini certification from Spirit Rising Yoga in Chicago, IL. Jenny is also certified in Prenatal, Restorative, Yin, and Radiant Child Yoga. Jenny’s classes and sound healings focus on the mind and meditation, healing the body through asana, and uplifting the spirit through inspiration.
