Join us for a Vision Board workshop! This session will begin with a guided meditation that will help ground and center us before we begin working on our vision boards.
Vision boards are a great way to visualize your goals, dreams, and intentions. They allow you to see the path toward those things in a concrete way, helping you to set intentions and achieve them. Our workshop is a safe space to explore your life right now and build clarity on the future you want.
Whether you wish to prepare for a new goal or simply seek a fresh start, please join us Monday, October 24 from 6:00pm – 9:00pm at Torus Therapy, 117 Flinn Street, Batavia.
