4-Week Meditation Workshop Series

Join us for a 4-week experiential meditation workshop series beginning January 10th!

Are you interesting in starting a meditation practice but find yourself wondering how to begin? This workshop series will include time for you to learn, connect, and grow in your meditation practice. Our time together will include:

SIP & SHARE: time together before we begin each workshop in community

MINDFUL MOVEMENTS: thoughtfully moving our body to prepare to sit in meditation

MEDITATION: explore various forms for meditation

CLOSING & COMMUNITY: time to journal and share

DETAILS: Tuesday nights; 6:30 – 7:30pm
